How many of us are holding our feelings?
How many of us are holding ourselves from doing, saying, acting like we really want?
Right, this is a pattern of behavior that is difficult to change but… Small steps can make the change.

You should take a break, even a short one, 30 minutes and let this “holding” to be released by doing your art. and trust me all the negative thoughts will fly out of your window.
I will give you an example: this coming Saturday I am setting up a stand at a local fair.
The booth cost money.
They asked me: What if you do not sell your Bowls of Light?
The negative thoughts started to come up, but then … I replied: I will lose money at the most, but I will gain experience. And who said I wouldn’t sell? I think that my bowls will be sold on the first day!
And here I am, starting to let go the fears that hold me.
